Today is CANADA DAY!

It's beautiful outside, the air is warm, and I was awoken by celebration music flooding over from the park.

Ah yes, Canada! Maybe I'm bias, but this is a great place to live. My great great great etc. grandfather came here from England and helped to cultivate the land. Thus our family was introduced to the great Canada.

Poutine, the word "eh", the RCMP, the Rockies, the status of 2nd largest country, beavers, the Bluenose, hockey...Canada is great.

I have been fortunate enough to visit five of our beautiful provinces! What a great trip

I am PROUD! to be Canadian and looking forward to today's celebrations! It's time to sing our country's name, Oh Canada!
